HCSMRP Refund Policy:
If you must cancel for any reason, notify HCSMRP via fax at (713) 740-7081 or email gdunn@turner-industries.com at least 7 calendar days prior to the scheduled registered event. Your registration fee will be refunded within 10 working days less a 25% processing fee. Cancellations less than 7 calendar days of the event are non-refundable. However, via fax or email notification up to 24 hours prior to the current registered event, you may transfer your registration to another person or you can request HCSMRP to issue a full credit towards a future event. No transfers are allowed inside of this 24 hour period.
In the unlikely event that it becomes necessary to cancel a scheduled event, HCSMRP will issue a full credit towards a future event or, at its discretion, issue a full refund of the registration fee. HCSMRP is not responsible for other charges incurred by the registrant, including hotel, travel fees, etc.
Merchant charges shown on your credit card transaction summary are to HCSMRP. If you are disputing a charge, then please contact the HCSMRP Treasurer via email at gdunn@turner-industries.com. |
